The major contributions in research are i) standardized size and thickness of filtering materials for filtering unit of small groundwater recharge structure ii)  modelled the impact of climate change on groundwater resource of fresh groundwater aquifer zone and management strategies iii)  Developed irrigation schedule for DSR and iv)  developed strategies for microirrigation and fertigation for quality horticultural produce in canal command

  • Recipient of “Groundwater Augmentation Award-2009”, Ministry of Water Resources, Government of India, in FPARP category.
  • Shankar memorial Award” bestowed by Indian Society of Agricultural Engineering member for excellence in research in the discipline of Soil and Water Conservation Engineering for year 2010.
